Craft Signworks customizes each local project to our clients needs and provied a interactive and thouough project proofing process. Our shop products are custom designed and generally small batch, short run, limited edition or unique production. Due to the custom nature of our local, and shop products, all sales are final.

Damage and Defect
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange or credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We exchange products if they are recieved with defect or damage. If you would like to exchange a product for the same or similar item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your exchange return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange or credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to craftsignworks.com account.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
